Terms & Conditions of Booking
1. A provisional reservation is made once a completed booking form has been received from you and confirmed by Mark Hamblin Nature Photography by email or post. Provisional bookings will be held for up to 14 days, pending receipt of a signed booking form and your deposit.
2. A non-refundable, non-transferable deposit as stated in the guiding / hide rental / tour information is required to confirm your booking
3. The balance will become due 60 days in advance of the start date of the guiding / hide rental / tour. If full payment is not received by the specified date, we reserve the right to treat the booking as cancelled and re-sell the place/s.
4. If a booking is made less than 60 days prior to the beginning of the guiding / hide rental / tour, the full cost is payable at the time of booking.
5. If a client cancels a booking less than 30 days before the beginning of the guiding / hide rental / tour, they are liable for the full cost. In all other instances, the deposit will be retained and the balance refunded.
6. Mark Hamblin Nature Photography reserves the right to cancel any guiding / hide rental / tour. We will do so no less than 30 days before the start date. If cancellation is due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g. fire, flood, industrial disputes) we may give less than 30 days notice. In the event of a cancellation, we will provide a full refund of the amount paid to us, however Mark Hamblin Nature Photography can accept no further liability.
7. If you have any special dietary or other requests, you should inform us at the time of booking. We will take the necessary steps to fulfill your requirements, but cannot guarantee that such requests will be met and have no liability to you if such requests are not met.
8. We will supply you with an itinerary (for tours only) and/or full details of what to expect but please note that this may change due to weather conditions or other factors. We will do our utmost to provide a high level of service but is not a contractual obligation on the part of Mark Hamblin Nature Photography.
9. All applicants participate in guiding / hide rental / tours at their own risk and Mark Hamblin Nature Photography accepts no responsibility for personal injury however caused, or damage done to their persons or property. It is recommended that participants hold their own insurance to cover personal injury, cancellations and damage or loss of property.
10. All names, telephone numbers and email addresses supplied on the booking form will be held on a computer. No information will ever be passed to a third party without your written consent.
11. By signing the booking form you are agreeing to accept all of the above conditions. The person who signs the booking form does so on behalf of all the individuals named on it and these individuals are bound by the same booking terms and conditions.
